Mucho Disgustingo....

Socks Update
Hah, I finally took the trouble to wash off the soap suds and hang my socks out to dry. I was kind of afraid to scrub too hard because the last time I scrubbed my socks with my bare hands, my fingers got raw and my skin peeled. Must be because of the dry weather. Yeah, the bucket was really gross as there was a noticeable thin layer of oil on the surface of the water. Ok ok, I should probably stop.

Praise Night
Praise Night is this Saturday night at 7pm. It will be held at the Mendelssohn Theater at the Michigan League. Praise Night is an annual outreach program held by my church Harvest Mission Community Church. Each of the Cell Groups and their sister Small Group will come up with a presentation that has the gospel message in it. I missed out on the one last year, but saw some of it on DVD. Man, it was a blast.

This year, I will be participating as an actor. Yeah, I can (sorta) act. But what role you ask? Hahha, I got a non-speaking low-profile role. I’m a waiter at a dinner scene. Mel, Poh Yi and Kai Kiat will also be involved in this Saturday’s event.

United Live: More Than Life
Gosh, I’ve really been missing out on Hillsongs music. I just got my hands on the 2004 United Live release called More Than Life. I haven’t heard the whole album yet. But yeah, they’re still being consistent with the heavy guitar riffs, catchy drum beats and tricky bass runs. Not forgetting the raw, heartfelt worshipful lyrics too. Now I’m going like, “Oh, that was that song we sang at camp! And that’s the song we sung that Sunday!”
